Fit test day!!!
And the results are in..
I am going to side by side compare my results from day 1 fit test to the fit test I did today after 2 weeks of insanity.

Need I say more? The fact that I am able to squeeze in 10 or more reps of each exercise within that minute makes me feel so great that I actually am progressing with this program..
..and I was feeling LAZY today and ate a ton of chocolate thanks to PMS. I can’t wait to take it again in another 2 weeks at the end of 30 days to see how much more I can accomplish :)

I haven’t slacked on my workouts, promise. I just have been too busy with, well..life, to sit down and actually write about my experiences the past few days.
So week 2 is basically the same as week one work out wise.
Insanity Week 2 Day 2: Pure Cardio.
This workout is pure INSANITY (haha). But no, seriously, it is by far one of the most extreme and difficult DVDs of the set so far for me. It is just nonstop cardio exercises for about 30 minutes. No intervals, no water breaks, just ass kicking cardio.
But Shaun T isn’t a nazi for peetsake so if anyone in the video, or myself, needed a break for water and to rest for a few seconds they did.
And I did too.. more than once.
Despite the difficult workout I feel extremely amazing that I am on week 2 and still focused. Tomorrow will be a challenge, however. I need to go to work at my first job at 8am-4pm, then bartend from 5:30- closing time, which usually is about 10pm. That means I need to get my butt up at 6am just to do a workout because I have only a small time frame from 4pm-5pm to cook myself something healthy for dinner before heading to the bar. But I made a promise to myself and I am going to get through this 60 day challenge at all costs.
I owe it to myself.
As promised, here is a weekly updated photo in the same bikini, same mirror, and same phone to keep the results as accurate and tamper free as possible.
Measurements are all still about the same, but I did lose an inch in my waist and I can notice muscle tone is starting to become more defined. (I ate quite a bit of junk food over the weekend due to family members visiting from out of town so I may have just kept an even playing feild) I am not too worried or discouraged about it though, I know it will take more than 6 days to see results that I want.
It is a new week, and a new me :)
